Seniors

Well what did you think of June, wasn’t all that rain and hail    awful. All the tree’s and grass sure are lovely and green but all that rain played havoc with the flowers. Let’s hope July and  August are nicer.

We celebrated Father’s day with a Pot Luck Supper that we all enjoyed, sorry that some of our regulars weren’t there. We missed you all!

We said Good Bye to Mildred who passed away in June.

Quilters and Crafter are now back to Tuesday and     Thursdays, come in and see the interesting things these ladies make and have coffee with them.

Some renovations have started in both the

Community Hall and Senior’s Centre, we will let you know if we have to miss the odd bingo.  But it will be worth as we will have air conditioning for the hot weather to come!

Just a reminder that in July and August there will be no meetings but we will still have bingo and crib, so please check the calendar on the back of the        newsletter

Hope you all have a Happy Canada Day!!

Quilters and Crafter’s

Anyone interested in crafting on Thursdays at the Seniors Centre from 1 to 4 pm.  Ages 9 and up are   welcome to join them. If possible let them know you will be coming, so that we can estimate supplies.    Supplies are free.
